She had short
sightedness, with degrees of 400 in one eye, and 350 in
another. After practising for a period of time, she gained
promotion to 1st degree Black Belt, and the degrees
dropped to 300 in both eyes. There was certainly a marked

She felt
uncomfortable throughout her whole body, but no examination
could reveal anything wrong with her. After recommendation
from her friends, she started practising Tai Ji Gong. After
training for some time, she found a new patch of blood clot
at the area around her armpit. After two weeks, this patch
disappeared. And yet a short while later, her knee cap had
swollen without any cause, and there was no external injury.
After consistently practising for another half a month, this
again disappeared. Since then, all her previous feeling of
discomfort had also vanished, and she had been able to
maintain in a reasonably healthy state since. |

In 1992, for the
first time she felt that heartbeat had become abnormal.
After a medical examination involving ultrasonic scanning,
it was disclosed that the problem was with the faulty
closing of heart valve. This was further confirmed through
another examination requested by insurance company, and the
insurance premium was raised as a result. This condition
remained for the next few years. Until in April 1996 when
she started practising Tai Ji Gong. After about half a year,
she felt there was an improvement in her heartbeat, and
gradually relied less and less on the prescribed medicines.
A medical examination in the same year confirmed that there
was no longer imperfect closing of heart valves. Up till
today (September 1997), there was no relapse.
