Introduction to the Course

The Tai Ji Gong course taught by our association consists of:

1. The Basic Course

By drawing the pure energy from the universe, using a set of hitherto secret techniques, the practitioner is able to bring this source of energy into his body in the clear of the twelve meridians. In the process, one could rid of the illness relating to the internal organs, and achieving great health as a result.

2. The Twenty four (24) Movement

This is a simplified version of the 108 movement.

3. Achieving Resilience for Entire Body

Through the unique training methods of Tai Ji Gong, one could build resilience for the entire human body. The philosophy behind this training is that by first ensuring one's own defensive system, one is certain of victories against the enemies.

4. The Eighty-eight (88) Movement Pattern of Tai Ji Sword

This is a beautiful art form that is both crisp and powerful, descended from real lineage of the Grandmaster.

5. The Tai Ji "Xuan-Xuan" Broad Sword Pattern

"Xuan-Xuan" is spiritual title of Grandmaster Zhang San Feng. This art form originated from the Grandmaster Zhang.

8.  The Hundred Ways of Sparring

The techniques of small winning the big, or weak against the strong, or lone fighter against a crowd (or mob). This art form applies the hitherto secret techniques exemplified by the philosophy as embodied in the phrase "By using 4 grams to move a thousand kilogram" (as converted to metric units).

9. Tai Ji Specific Individual Exercises

To achieve a high level standard in skill, one must undergo training in the practice of the Specific Individual Exercises. This will ensure that the practitioner reaches the four objectives below. Achieving for each and every part of the human body.

- Supple- and softness
- Agility or nimbleness
- High Density
- Resilience
